Library Understandings and Responsibilities
We are very proud of our library.
We believe a good library is a safe, friendly, relaxing, happy and fun place to be.
We / you need to:
- Walk, not run
- Keep a positive and low level noise environment
- Stay on task and use the 5Ls
- Care for and return all books, resources and furniture where they belong, after use
- Leave the library clean and neat for others
Everyone can look after our library and become a confident library user.
Staff and Hours
Library staff this year are:
- Sue Langton: Library SSO, Monday – Wednesday
- Phil Allen: ICT Technician, Wednesday
- Cora Bouchier: Teacher Librarian, Monday and Thursday
Feel welcome to visit the library with your child, as we look forward to meeting you throughout the year. The library is open for borrowing at these times:
- Before school – Monday to Friday 8.30 to 8.45am
- After school – Monday and Thursday 3.25 to 3.40pm
Books may be borrowed for two weeks, with a limit of four books per students.
The return of overdue books is always much appreciated.
